How does MagicMiles handle your data?

Last updated November 2026

MagicMiles is funded by subscriptions, not by your data. It has no ads and no affiliate links, it does not track you for advertising, and your data is never sold. Your personal trip data is not used to train AI models.

This is a summary of the Privacy Policy (effective 15 April 2025), which is the binding document.

What MagicMiles collects

This data is used for app functionality, improvement and support. It may be associated with your account so the team can investigate issues, reproduce bugs and prioritise fixes.

Third-party services

The policy names these service providers, and when each one receives data:

Services that help create itineraries, retrieve activity information and source photos run only on MagicMiles servers, so those providers do not receive your user data. Handling most calls from the server also means partners do not see your device information or full location.

Storage and payments

Personal data is hosted on Amazon Web Services, in locations that vary with where you use the service. Payment data is managed by Apple and Google, with RevenueCat for transactional support. MagicMiles does not handle or store card details.

Your rights

Users in the European Union can access, correct, transfer or delete their personal data under the GDPR, and can restrict or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact the team through the Help Centre.
